I did, I was suppose to be going to a rock club and dance and drink till like 5am
BUUUT
I was slightly ill, and just couldn't be bothered so I sold the tickets and instead me and Sam spent the night in with many movies and Chinese take away
was good (:

So anyway, new year new beginnings and all that
Got some projects I wanna do this year, all top secret at the moment
But don't worry you lot will be first to know (:

I love this wishlist thing, it's just so lovely, i've granted a few wishes and hope to grant more

Right so i've been looking through the lists and have found some wishes i think i can grant

THE BASICS
Write a Christmas/Holiday wish list. It can be any 10 wishes you'd like to have granted, no matter what they are. Possible or seemingly impossible. People look and grant the wishes if they can. It's not about "OMFG PRESENTS", it's about making someone else's holiday a little brighter by giving. Personally, I get more out of giving than receiving sometimes. It's just a good feeling to give.


Step One

** Make a post in your journal. The post should contain your list of 10 holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all, from simple and fun ("I'd love a Snape/Hermione icon that's just for me") to medium ("I wish for _____ on DVD") to really big ("All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV.") The important thing is, make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.

** If you wish for real possible things, make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa (or one of his elves) could get in touch with you. In this case, you can always just note someone on dA for the sake of privacy.

** Make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your journal, so that others can join in and participate to spread the holiday joy!



Step Two

** Surf this forum ([link]) and browse the lists. Here's the important part:

** If you see a wish you can grant, and it's in your heart to do so, make someone's wish come true. Sometimes someone's trash is another's treasure, and if you have a leather jacket you don't want or a gift certificate you won't use--or even know where you could get someone's dream purebred Basset Hound for free--do it.

** You needn't spend money on these wishes unless you want to. The point isn't to put people out, it's to provide everyone a chance to be someone else's holiday elf--to spread the joy. Gifts can be made anonymously or not--it's your call.

There are no rules with this project, no guarantees, and no strings attached. Just...wish, and it might come true. Give, and you might receive. And you'll have the joy of knowing you made someone's holiday special.

are there many conventions where you live?

it was
kinda, not many of them are in Stockholm though, but Sweden's kinda small, so it doesn't take too long to get to the other conventions, at least not from where I live

cool, here theres the MCM, thats in the midlands once (tooo far for me) and twice in london, but i dont really know any others =/
i'd love to live in the US, or canada they seem to have looooads! XD

it's might get tight with schedule, but I'm sure we'll make it

I don't have any exact dates yet, though G-Anime is in early February, so it might be a month between them

next, there are two in May, Otafest in Calgary and Anime North in Toronto

so first we catch all the planners with the giant net

and the cosplayers...

then we use other things, like bags and boxes to take everything else that's used at a con
exactly, we pack one table/cosplayer group/a group of five or so cosplayers in each bag/box/net

flat pack them ikea style to save space too

okay, next con is in June, it's called Anime Evolution and is in Greater Vancouver, then it's Otakuthon in Montreal and finally Animethon in Edmonton in August
and that's all I could find

we start with four each, then we trade ^^

so it'll take 9 years for the Canadians to get these conventions back, since we send one con back every year

I know its close to the holiday season
and we are all strapped for cash because of lovely loved ones are stealing it all on their presents
but we should all at least have a little something for ourselves righttt?

omg i just finished watching it
and i don't want it to end

Now i must read the manga just so it wont end

i've fallen in love with the characters~
and watching all that manga at once reminded of the summer when i watched naruto
i watched like 15 episodes a day XD



haven;t decided which is my fav couple or character yet (as i have with naruto)
cause i love them all so much atm!!!
